Indium Oxide/Tin Oxide (In2O3/SnO2 90/10 wt%,) is our standard composition which under mass production for years.
Due to our regular client’s requirement and our R&D team development, we are working on 97:3wt% and 95:5wt% and some other specs to meet the market.
Customized ITO sputtering targets (special sizes, compositions, backing plate, etc.) are available.
Performance: electrical conductivity and optical transparency.
Application: be evaporated or sputtered under vacuum to generate transparent conductive layers in the manufacture of FPD (TFT-LCD), (LCD), (TouchPanel), (PDP), (OLED) and various optical coatings.
